How long does an implementation take?
A first pilot is usually up and running in 4 to 8 weeks; an organisation-wide roll-out takes 3 to 6 months depending on size. We deliberately start with one clear lever and build out from there.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Depending on your monday.com plan, also with EU data residency. Data protection, access rights and data flows are a fixed part of every project – not an afterthought at the end.
How secure is monday.com?
monday.com is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, is audited annually under SOC 2 Type II, encrypts data and offers granular permission and role management. Security can be configured cleanly for your organisation.
Do we have to replace our existing tools?
No. We connect monday.com with the systems you already use – Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Personio, the SAP environment and more. The goal is a single source of truth, not a wholesale replacement.
