The first step is to build a picture of the processes and procedures in your company – and above all of your data quality. Clean processes and clean data are the foundation of AI workflows that actually work.

Roles, permissions and control
In doing so, we define precisely which process steps are handled by AI and which steps – above all which decisions – stay with a person. We only give AI as much authority as we agree together. Governance – data protection, access and control – is thought through from the very start.
